The site confirms that Both Microsoft and SEGA would have prepared the announcement set for June 14, its date was E3 2020.

And I don't see Microsoft betting its money on something like this, especially if we take it as a base for the "failure" Crimson Dragon should do on the Xbox One. Whenever possible, take this information with caution.
