Everyone is looking for ways to give back, to support charities and organizations that make a difference in fighting the coronavirus epidemic. We have been greatly inspired by the number of Xbox gamers who have already played and are strong in the knowledge that the community continues to make an impact.
In the first few weeks to announce Xbox One owners can use the points of Microsoft Reward to donate to the CDC Foundation, our gamer community has met with more than a hundred donations – a spectacular showing by the CDC Foundation that donates hundreds of thousands of dollars donated this month to Reward members. We have been greatly encouraged by the community's approach to provide support in this time of need.
That's why we're delighted to announce that to launch today in the U.S., Xbox One owners can now use their Microsoft Reward points to deliver on two new world bases – The League of Nations
Here's a reminder of how it works: If you're not just a Microsoft Rewards member, sign up for free with the Microsoft Reward app on your Xbox One or online at microsoftreward.com and earn points by simply playing games on your Xbox. Then donate your Reward Points to your favorite organization. Hit the Donate button on the Xbox One dash, or within the Microsoft Reward app on your Xbox, to tell Microsoft that you want to donate your Rewards points, then Microsoft will be compatible with each of your offerings. 1,000 reward points equals $ 1 donation.

In addition to the Microsoft Rewards offerings, Minecraft Partner recently announced partnering with the International Development Program and their partner, Heart17, to share accurate data on the coronavirus. Over the next week or so, Minecraft will donate to the World Health Organization's vital treatment through social media channels and the game's "Creepers."
