Around the same time last year, the Game Awards were the focus of all the rumors. In 2020 the “insiders” will be much calmer and only official information will be heard. After Xbox gave us an appointment with Geoff Keighley, it is Bioware’s turn to confirm his presence during the show. Purpose of your visit? The presentation of Dragon Age 4!
Dragon Age 4 has been announced for over a year and has been damn discreet ever since. Apart from a few pieces of art, nothing filtered from the American studio, but that should change quickly. From next week we can learn more about this new bioware project during the Game Awards ceremony. The announcement was made by Geoff Keighley himself on his Twitter account.
With a new work of art, the star moderator of the last few years promises us a “special look” at the future production. What nature will it be? Hard to say. The players are all waiting for a first trailer with a preview of the gameplay. However, there is no guarantee that this will actually be the case.
After the critical and commercial failures of Mass Effect Andromeda and Anthem, Bioware is no longer the popular studio it was during the Xbox 360 era. Will Dragon Age 4 be the episode of Redemption? Player eyes? We have to hope so, as the studio has given us a now iconic title in its past.
