SSDs will not do magic to the new generation
If it had been for Microsoft it would have left Sony the responsibility of launching the PS5 (before the Xbox Series X), because they created unrealistic expectations of the present times. There are people who legitimately believe that loading times in nextgen games will not work. Imagine their surprise when they learned the truth.
I like to be clear, the PS5 will be great and you won't regret buying it. But expectations must be realistic, so that you can fully appreciate the benefits of what will be the best historical generation in history, without complaining about what it should have been but would not be.
