Your unmanned space shuttle crash lands outside Colony 21 where some urgently needed repairs need to be made. Unfortunately the planet has an alien problem and the locals are not particularly friendly. So you’ll have to use your heavy, powerful wrench to adjust some settings and fix machines by battling your way through five different biomes. each with three levels.
Burst the stormy valor you want but be ready to die. A lot of. (Hopefully this will get you paid to work overtime.)
Dash and Bash
Your core combat skills smash themselves with a wrench and dash to snake your way through enemy fire and avoid attacks in general. The Dash ability is vital and can also be improved and modified through various power-ups. For example, you can briefly be bulletproof or damage enemies. And as your skills improve and you get a few tweaks to this wrench, you will definitely feel the thrill of splashing enemies as a “Run Punch Man”.
Run and shoot
Don’t worry, while wrench bashing is exciting and a wrench never runs out of ammo, don’t worry – there’s still a lot of shooting going on. You’re also armed with a humble pistol, and more weapons and power-ups are waiting to be discovered. As you fight your way deeper into the colony, you’ll find tons of improvements and new weapons, like an auto-aiming sniper rifle and a ricochet that fires ricochet bullets (great for clearing rooms). And that is just the beginning.
Watch out the night
If you think fighting during the day is difficult, wait until dark. Cycles of day and night are a regular part of the game, and when night falls on Colony 21 your visibility is limited so you can guess what’s lurking in the shadows waiting to shoot you in the face, eat you, or in general to dampen your day. Get ready for even more intense, frenzied battles as you survive the exciting nightlife of Colony 21.
Find, fight, and repair
As you fight your way through enemies, your main task is to repair Colony 21. Each section requires different items (artifacts) that you will need to find in order to fix them. Once an artifact has been acquired and a section has been repaired, you will also gain access to new passive buffs – but choose wisely! For upgrade stations, you can only choose one of three random options.
During your battles you can also find and unleash companions of robots that can add ridiculously devastating firepower to your arsenal. (If you see an egg, take it to unleash the pet and enjoy the carnage!)
