5G is more and more common in Europe, and a new generation of mobile networks that stands out for higher speed and lower latency, being excellent for enjoying mobile content or playing on diffusion.
A few months ago, we wondered if it was worth betting on a 5G mobile, being one of the factors against its low availability. As it reaches more cities and operators, we ask ourselves a reverse question. If I already have access to 5G in my region and my operator, which mobile should I buy?
Is it worth buying a 5G mobile in Europe now?
If you’ve been interested in buying a 5G mobile, you’ve probably wondered if a device with this technology is worth it, and we’ve analyzed it.
As much as possible, it is that at the beginning we think of the high-end, but in this sense there is not much discussion, since today all high-end mobiles have 5G. What if the budget is tighter?
We have made a selection of 5 mobiles with 5G connectivity and a price between 200 and 300 dollars to be ready for the new generation of mobile networks. In addition to mobile, we remind you again that it is necessary for your operator to offer this network in your region.
The cheapest is worth it: realme 7 5G
The realme 7 5G is the cheapest mobile with 5G in Europe, but that doesn’t mean it’s a bad terminal, far from it. It is a model with very fluid performance for basic applications thanks to its 120 Hz screen, even if its moderate performance will not be able to take advantage of this fluidity during games, an aspect in which it is more accurate, like the camera, which is correct but without fanfare.
The main virtue of this mobile is its battery, which due to its capacity and fast charging is one of the best on the market. One of the best mobiles to be 5G ready without spending a lot of money.

Run before it runs out: Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite
The Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite is a terminal that does not surprise us too much because it is exactly a Poco X3 NFC with a better processor and 5G. If they were the aspects you missed from Poco’s reveal model during
With the launch of the Redmi Note 9T with 5G, the stock of the Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite has dropped and it is more and more difficult to find it. If you want a Xiaomi with 5G as cheap as possible, the Redmi is much worse mobile and we recommend getting a Mi 10T Lite first.

Samsung Galaxy A42 5G
Samsung has also put a lot of emphasis on 5G, and after expanding it to its highest range, it has started offering it in cheaper segments. The A42 5G is one of the cheapest in the business, and it’s a very odd mobile.
It’s one of the few Samsung mobiles with a Snapdragon processor, and we find a combination that strikes a great balance of performance and battery life, with a decent camera but fairly upgradeable video recording. Its AMOLED panel is striking, which despite being a quality panel in terms of brightness and colors, its size and resolution ends up rejecting us a bit (although in another sense it also helps the battery life to to be what it is).

Motorola Moto G 5G Plus
If you are looking for the best experience when it comes to hardware and power, the first Moto G with 5G is the option you should consider in your budget. For the moment, it is the only mobile with a Snapdragon 765G processor in this price range (except for the specific offers from Oppo or Xiaomi), one of the best processors that is present even in several high-end models.
The Motorola Moto G 5G Plus is compliant in all respects, despite being a bulky and heavy terminal, which is its main drawback.

OnePlus Nord N10 5G
If the cheapest 5G mobile from OnePlus did not seem very convincing at the time for its original price of 350 dollars, very close to the North 400 and with many resignations, its price having been lowered, it positioned itself as a very solid alternative.
Technically, it is a terminal that would be below Motorola, but that compensates with a very well optimized Oxygen OS experience. If you like OnePlus software, it’s a very competitive terminal, but otherwise we’re not sure it’s more convincing than the rest of its competition.
OnePlus Nord N10 5G por 285 dollars.
