Apple has disabled updates on betas for a few days but it all made sense: it was developing a new genre: iOS 13.5 that features a COVID-19 demonstration system that the company has developed and Google as a major genius. We know that Apple has been building this version for a while because the available beta is third, which means two iOS 13.5 betas are internally tested.
This new version is now available for developers and users who are enrolled in the public beta program the company. New to the COVID-19 monitoring function, Perot is another upgrade made to its current state.
What's new with iOS 13.5
It's an important version and we won't be surprised about anything that has been made public in a few weeks, news is important and should reach all users as soon as possible.
Contact Acquisition and Exposure Contact API
It's a new one we find in iOS 13.5 and will let users who let it use it let us know when we're connected with someone found with COVID-19. This API is compatible with Android devices too it will allow government health agencies to create a follow-up system for contacts to fight the coronavirus. This API is important as restrictions on iOS do not allow these types of functions to protect privacy.
Apple and Google have worked on a system that maintains anonymity for users, working like this. Ours IPhone or Android smartphone will be able to get other users' smartphone and both will share a different code that changes every 15 minutes. Each device will store a list of two, each with its own unique code and the others against which it is listed. When a COVID-19 infected user is enrolled in one of their official apps, their smartphones call all shared codes and the devices that keep any of these numbers on their list will be notified by contacting the patient. .
Facial ID development with mask
One of the existing problems that has to do with face ID is the use of masks. Since a normal face ID does not recognize us properly when we are carrying a mask covering half our face, but Apple wanted to fix this problem on iOS 13.5.
Our iPhone will now detect if we wear a mask automatically and instead of trying to unlock the phone with it Face ID will directly ask for the unlock codeThis way, we won't have to try to unlock the iPhone again and again until it's requested.
FaceTime development
One of the most commonly used apps during confinement is FaceTime to make video calls with friends and acquaintances. FaceTime supports up to 32 users at a time, but was tasked with driving more than one person.
Each user appears in the box on SpaceTime, but the chat is automatically expanded. This activity can be fun to know who is talking, but it can be very frustrating when many are talking at the same time as everyone else the images begin to get bigger and smaller every few seconds. You can disable this feature from Settings> FaceTime> Talk.
As we see all of the improvements in iOS 13.5 are directly related to the global epidemic we are experiencing, so it all proves that the last Gerson can reach all users soon.
