Maintaining physical shape is one of the most common intentions in the first few months of the year and there are more and more ways to achieve this. And is that the excuse of the coach has long ceased to be valid, and to show the application Apple Fitness +, which already has a catalog of 300 different workout options.

Apple Fitness + adds weekly training videos from different disciplines

Apple has been very consistent when it comes to adding new options to its latest services. So, this week included more than two dozen new video workouts to Fitness +,

continue a trend of updating the app every week with workouts, including cycling, strength, yoga, HIIT, core, dancing, treadmill, mindful recovery, and rowing, among others.

Apple Fitness + goes overdrive!

As Apple has mentioned since its presentation at WWDC 2020, Apple Fitness + is not only characterized by the variety of routines for different disciplines, but its great advantage is monitoring with the Apple Watch. Well, while following the Fitness + routines, the Apple Watch records movement, workout duration, calories burned, heart rate

and more, just like other workouts.

In the latest motivational overview video, Coach Bakari presents new workouts like this:

“Here at Fitness +, over two dozen workouts have just fallen, like Sam’s 30-minute treadmill, challenging your endurance whether you are walking or running. For a workout that doesn’t require any equipment, I teach 10-minute moves with four total body moves. Each move is inspired by different sports like basketball and soccer, which pair perfectly with Waka Flocka Flame’s song “No Hands”. It’s what’s new in Fitness + to help you close your rings. Let’s go!

“

Currently, Apple Fitness is available for 9.99 dollars per month. 79.99 dollars per year. In addition, with these subscriptions, up to six family members can use the Fitness + service. Apologies for the training? Apple says no!
