Campertino's company is in the midst of another important investigation into the opening of two iPhone's to become a major rival. Facts in this case took place at the Pensacola Military Center (Florida) on December 6, 2019 with a balance of three dead and eight injured by American sailors, an attack aimed at jihadist ideology by United States attorney general, William Barr.
In the attack, the main suspect is Mohammed Ashamrani, a Saudi flight attendant who was killed by police on the day of the attack and had an iPhone he was trying to unlock to get all the possible information. Apple ensures that they provide all the information needed by competent authorities, in addition they issued statements accusing them of not cooperating
Apple's statement on the matter is clear and concise and states that they have been responding to legal requests sought by police. We've also added data to the iCloud backup copies of the person responsible for the attack as well as all kinds of information and account details. This statement from which The Cult of Mac media has come across is clear too it is constantly opposed to Apple's cooperation with state executives in the investigation:
We have great respect for the rule of law and have always worked together to assist in the investigation. When the FBI asked us for details regarding the case last month, we gave them all the information we had and will continue to do so with the information we have received. We respond to each request very quickly, often within a few hours, sharing information with the FBI in Jacksonville, Pensacola and New York. The consultation and submission of all information was provided by the researchers. In both countries, we responded to all the information we had received.
What in Cupertino stay away from all criticism They found the case openly outlining all the steps they had taken to share information with police, the FBI and others. Apparently it always takes into account their privacy laws, something that is always rife with US authorities.
