Another way to meet movement goals
Every Monday, along with the annual summary of our activity displayed by Apple Watch, and as often as we have met our goals, we can review and adjust the purpose of the movement. However, there is an easy way to make this change too without waiting for the following Monday
- We open the app The work on our Apple Watch.
- We narrow the screen tight.
- We choose Change purpose to move
- We use the digital crown or the "+" and "-" symbol to adjust our purpose.
- We touch Restart.
It's that simple. After the update we will see the movement to calculate the taxa is stimulated new target. At the prize level, depending on my experience, it is best to adjust the target a few calories more than a day's total to avoid errors.
In fact, with watOS 7 we are able to see a change in the changed accounting system. Apps such as HeartWatch, for example, offer an everyday experience based on our culture. With this system, Sunday's goal is different than this Wednesday, something we might see coming in future Apple Watch titles.
