If you find that you need to manage and delete multiple emails in the ‘Mail' app on your iPad after a few days of vacation, you should know that you can select multiple emails and delete them all at once, saving time and effort.

Please note that ‘Data Archive' is different from ‘Delete'. ‘Archive' means that the email is no longer visible in the ‘Inbox', but will be stored in ‘All emails' and will be available on labels when you search.

Deleting a message means it will not be visible in the ‘Inbox' view or elsewhere, and will remain in the ‘Trash' folder for 30 days and be permanently deleted if you have not changed your iPad settings.

How to Delete More Email on iPad: You have sent to the ‘Trash' email app

First, open the ‘Mail' app on your iPad. Tap on the top section of ‘Edit' located next to ‘Inbox' or ‘All Email List'.

White circles will appear next to the emails, to the left of the screen.

Tap on them and mark the many emails you want to delete. Click on the ‘Submit' option at the bottom of your address list. Now click on ‘Trash' and you will see how everything disappears in the inbox to stay in ‘Trash'.

In this case, within the ‘Mail' app, access the ‘Trash' folder. Click on the ‘Edit' option at the top right of your email list. Mark all emails you want to delete by touching the white circles.

After that, click the ‘Delete' option at the bottom of the screen. To delete them all in one go, tap ‘Edit' in the top right corner of your screen. Now, click on ‘Delete all' program that will ask you for confirmation.

Once located inside the inbox of the email account you want to manage, tap the ‘Edit' option in the top right corner. Next, click on ‘Delete all' to be tagged.
