Instagram is one of the most popular social networks in Europe. It is an application that has a multitude of options, such as your live shows of four people or the guides in the profiles. If you have a social media account, you can download a post regularly and in many cases use the app’s own camera.
If you use this internal Instagram camera, the social network allows you save a copy of your messages originals. A great option to have a copy of the original unedited photo from the post that you then uploaded to your account. This option can be easily configured in the app.
How to see a disabled contact’s posts again on Instagram
If you want to see someone’s Instagram posts and history again, here are the steps on how to see them again.
Save a copy of your posts on Instagram
When we use Instagram’s internal camera, the social network allows us to save original photos and videos of these messages that we put online. Also, the saved copy includes any cuts or edits you made to it. A copy will also be saved in the memory of your mobile, to have it available or in case you want to download it later in another application or a social network or share it with someone.
This option can be great utility for many users with an account on the social network, but you will have to activate it first, so that these copies are then saved. The steps we need to follow to activate this function in our account are:
- Open Instagram on your phone.
- Click on the profile icon at the bottom.
- Tap the three horizontal stripes at the top right of the screen.
- Go to Settings.
- Access the account.
- Click Original Articles.
- Choose from which posts you will save said copy to your phone (photos, videos or both).
The process is very simple, as you can see. Through these steps, you generate said copy of photos or videos that you upload to your account on the social network, which you will then have in your phone’s memory. A good way to keep a copy if the original post gets deleted or you just want to have that original photo on your device for something to do in the future.
