A great way to organize our email is to mark it with directions, those little flags that appear next to the messages. This way we can highlight important messages and distinguish. We can also mark indicators of different colors, in a more efficient way.
For Mac, tagging a specific color indicator is as easy as that touch the small shaped arrow button immediately to the right of the flag to mark
Swiping is a great option, but …
Normally, to mark a message in the Mail app, slide your finger from right to left above the message and press Pointer, in doing so, we can only mark messages in one color
- We open the Mail app on our iPhone or iPad.
- We get the message we want to bookmark and open it.
- We touch the answer button (arrow left).
- We choose Mark by reference.
- We choose the color we want to mark.
Let us remember that the color we choose for this stage it will be the default color with which we will mark the following messages when we use the swipe action.
With this simple way we can continue editing our messages in colors on our iPhone or iPad as we would on our Mac. One of many email items.
