In other words, instead of recommending complete video editors with a thousand and one options and effects, these apps serve to add a specific effect to a video, often with very interesting results.

Boomerang

If we are talking about applications specializing in a video effect, few applications fulfill the principle more than Boomerang. It’s an app that arrived in 2015 as an Instagram spin-off and for a specific purpose: create videos with infinite loops.

The app has been discontinued since its last update in 2018, although it is still functional if you want the boomerang effect, but don’t install instagram or Facebook, where Zuckerberg’s company incorporated the same functionality into the story editor.

HyperZoom
