All applications

Currently the available version of the Tado application is located at 6.8.1 and it adds different improvements in user interface, stability and speed of the app, but in the previous version launched a few days ago, the app functions have been improved to adjust the room temperature more visual.

In this case it is the users who have Tado heating control devices And as we said at the beginning of the article, these improvements were added in version 8.1, another updated version is currently available.

The user control interface is very important to manage the temperature and in this case Tado has done a good job in this new version as it adds several new features to the room screen which will allow us to manage the temperature of our heating in a much simpler and more visual way. Here are the main control improvements implemented in the app:

  • Manual temperature control– We have improved the slider to make it easier to use. If you want to change the set temperature, you can do so directly from the room display. Simply drag the slider up or down and release it when you reach the desired temperature.
  • Duration of manual control: To change the duration of manual control, tap the pencil icon at the bottom of the screen. Move the horizontal slider from left to right to choose between Timer, Until the next block of time
    O Until you resume programming.
  • Resume programming button: if you press the resume programming button, located under the temperature slider, manual control will be disabled and your heating will follow the smart schedule

With these improvements, controlling the air conditioning in our house is much easier and is that in addition to being able to manage the climate outside the house, you can carry out a daily program, by the hour, on certain days of the week and other functions available. It is undoubtedly a good complement to manage the temperature of your home, in addition it is fully compatible with Apple’s HomeKit.
