At least they raise it Android police, where they found out that Google would work to update user profile cards that already work on Google+ are now gone, so that they can be used by any other Google account user.
This is how profile cards will work on Google
To have a personal file, Google account holders must fill out their "About Me" page in their admin panel with the required information. It asks for information such as name, date of birth, links to public profiles or websites, or work history and study locations.
Once the card is created, the thought is that every time someone searches Google for that name, the information sheet appears at the top of the results page. In 9to5Google They have access to a screenshot showing how this work works, yet, it seems to work only in India.
Given that Google has already started implementing this feature in certain regions, hopefully it will not take long to increase its availability
