This error is known as "Ghost keyboard" or "Ghost keyboard" It looks insecure in iOS updates. It is true that it only affects the new iPhone, however it is an apparent error in iOS from version 11 of the app.
A new red cord has been tried introduce this bug when it looks like there's a ghost keyboard on the iPhone with a face ID. The keyboard doesn't really appear, but it does exist because when you press the buttons they appear highlighted.

Unusual interrupt that occurs under certain conditions
Of course it's not a very annoying distraction because it comes from under certain circumstances, this is something you should do to try to reproduce the "ghost" keyboard error:
- The first thing is to have IPhone with face ID.
- You have to be like that open code alphanumeric password, does not work with a normal password for numbers only.
- When the iPhone opens you with a face ID, as long as it is not “open”, your face is invisible and it takes a second or two to open and a home screen appears, when press quickly to see "phantom keyboard" error.
- A reddit user says that's all 70% of the time
- And that means has reported this error more than 10 times to Apple and that couldn't solve it.

I've tried to produce them and I've found them many times, so I can confirm that it is a mistake and that is present in the latest beta of iOS 13.4. Hopefully Apple finally recognizes this iOS bug and fixes it, I never noticed this error, but it's true that I don't use alphanumeric code.
