As TiVo Vice President Ted Malone explains on TechHive at CES 2020, the application is no longer properly developed and the project is suspended. The app is expected to be launched by the end of 2019, but it seems like there's no release date. The same goes for the Roku devices app.

One company spokesman later added that apps are "still standing" prioritizing other projects:
"In the second half of this year, we also prioritized several activities to focus on the launch of TiVo Stream 4K. As a result, TV TV customers were arrested.
Currently TiVo has an updated and constantly updated iPhone and iPad app. Hence the users they can easily send content from one of the devices to Apple TV if necessary. We will see in the second half of the year when the glasses change and they return to focus on the tvOS app.
