Surely many of you have collected dozens of games by now without ever installing them. After all, time is precious. But who knows – maybe 3 Out of 10: Season Two is exactly the right game for you this time? We clarify this question in this article.
That’s what 3 Out of 10: Season Two is all about
3 out of 10: Season Two is of course the continuation of 3 Out of 10: Season One, which was also given away in September 2020 in the Epic Store directly upon release.
The adventure, which describes itself as a playable sitcom, is a mix of cartoon series and video game that the developers special emphasis on humor and an appealing story have laid.
In the first part you start your adventure as a young graphic designer Midge, who starts a new job at what is probably the worst development studio in the world. Her predecessor Javier struggled with burnout and literally exploded at his workplace. And now you are the new Javier.
As in any sitcom, there are tons charismatic charactersthat you meet in the course of the plot: Among your staff there is, for example, a paranoid artist with aggression problems, a robot reminiscent of Wall-E and a loving middle-aged secretary. The whole thing is presented in a unique comic style, which you can see in the trailer:

3 out of 10: Season Two – Trailer for the brand new Epic free game
The goal of this gang is to finally release a huge gaming hit. However, the troop has not yet managed to get a higher rating than three out of ten points from critics for one of their games – hence the title 3 Out of 10.
For spoiler reasons, we cannot reveal at this point whether the game studio achieved this goal in the first part. But what we can tell you: With Season 2, the story of the predecessor, which ended with a big cliffhanger, is finally continued.
For whom is the download worthwhile?
3 Out of 10 is aimed – just like the first part – at friends of Story-heavy games and adventures. In terms of play, the game is reminiscent of a Life is Strange, but of course with a much less serious and much more humorous story.
These adventure sections are spiced up with small mini-games: In the first part there were games of skill, races, fights and even round tactics. What awaits you in Season 2 is not yet known – but we are sure that the developers had numerous creative ideas here as well. In the trailer above, for example, you can already discover short jump-and-run passages.
So if you’re still sad about the end of sitcoms like How I Met Your Mother, Friends or The IT Crowd and would like to be part of such a clique yourself, you should watch 3 Out of 10 times.
