Jamie and Claire get creepy in Free Will
In Season 5 and Episode 3, the "layman" took us to Beadsleys' horror house. But on the way, Jamie Claire revealed a terrible secret. Our review reveals to you what shocking episodes of the Free Will episode have brought you.
In the new episode of the Starz series "Outlander", Claire continues to try to make penicillin with assistant Marshall. To date, her attempts to accelerate progress through modern medicine have been unsuccessful. Jamie returned home, but will soon return to Hillsborough with the militia. Then Claire accompanied him because a doctor might be needed.
En route, Jamie revealed to Claire that Stephen Bonnet was still in Wilmington and was seen. When they set up a camp in the forest, a young man tried to steal their supplies. It was Keziah Beardsley and his twin brother Josiah, Jamie explained to them. Josiah said that they were Mr. Beardsley's servants who beat and starved. Now that they had run away, Jamie wanted to go to Beardsley to buy the freedom of twins.
Upon arrival, Claire and Jamie quickly noticed something wrong with the Beardsleys. Fanny Beardsley claimed that her husband had died, but Jamie needed twin papers, so they went into an extremely stinky room. Claire found Mr. Beardsley upstairs. He was alive but unable to move and was seriously injured. After the stroke, Fanny seemed to have barely taken care of him, and the injuries on his body even showed that she was torturing him.
Mr. Beardsley's legs had to be amputated, but Fanny tried to strangle her husband before Claire could help him. Then Fanny's amniotic sac ruptured, and Claire helped her give birth to a dark-skinned child, so she could not be Mrs. Beardsley. Fanny revealed that her husband often hit her. The same applies to his four ex-wifes, who were buried under a Rowan tree in the forest, and Fannie occasionally saw their ghosts.

In the evening, Fanny stole, but left the baby behind. When Jamie and Claire wake up, they want to know what to do with Mr. Beardsley. Jamie hopes to bring him the same grace as the injured dog. He asked Mr. Beardsley if he should live with him, and when he agreed, Jamie shot him. Then they went with the baby. The forthcoming episode of "Outlander" season 5 will show whether Frasers keeps children or finds new families for them.
