The ASUS ROG Swift 360 was developed in collaboration with NVIDIA and is specially designed for Esport. The form factor of the 24.5-inch display ensures that every pixel always remains in the field of view. The ASUS ROG Swift 360 also features the new slim ROG finish from ASUS.
For the first time, the Full HD monitor has a refresh rate of 360 Hz with extremely low latency. NVIDIA G-SYNC VRR technology prevents annoying tearing, stuttering, flickering or artifacts. All G-SYNC certified screens go through a rigorous validation process and are subjected to 300 image quality measurement tests to ensure that they deliver consistent quality and maximum performance.
VRR synchronizes the frame rate of the display with the refresh rate of the graphics processor. Since then, new display technologies have been added to G-SYNC to meet the growing needs of esports. These include dynamic overdrives to improve the gaming experience, specially tuned firmware to increase the image quality and now 360Hz refresh rates for an even faster response time. Where previously the Esports professionals had to accept frame tearing on their display, the frames with the 360Hz and VRR technologies from G-SYNC are now updated in less than 3 milliseconds, so that both tearing-free images and a much lower one Latency are possible.
