The final content update will arrive in Battlefield 5 in June.

DICE has announced that it will stop updating Battlefield 5 New content launched in the summer.

According to the developers, it will release the last content pack for the game, which will be released in June. The studio said it will include new content, weapons and game adjustments.

Because of COVID-19, the studio faces the challenge of working from home, so the content may be delayed until June, but the developers will keep the community informed of its progress.

After the summer update, the basic game will basically enter maintenance mode, but you can still expect to receive the weekly rewards of "Battlefield Currency" or "Company Coin", so you can "unlock the equipment you may miss".

Activities and activities are also planned, such as the reintroduction of the "Friday Night" battlefield server. The work "Throwback Thursdays" is also in production. In these works, the teams will "call players" in all the "Battlefield" champions.

DICE said it will continue to work on community game updates and anti-cheat measures.
