Those involved in this work include publisher Activision Blizzard King, who is inserting the message "stay at home" in all of its mobile games, including Candy Crush Saga. The company also donated more than 230 digital poster advertising spaces in London to help spread the message.
Game developers Rebellion and Codemasters will also include public health information in their game rosters. For the uprising, this means sniper elite, strange brigade and comics such as 2000 AD. For Codemasters, this means Dirt Rally 2.0.
Culture Minister Oliver Dowden said: “All of us must follow the government ’s simple advice to stay at home, protect the NHS and save lives, which is absolutely crucial.” “I ’m very happy to see Britain ’s brilliant The video game industry has stepped up its efforts to strongly convey this message to British gamers.
