Now that the largest update of Fallout 76 has been completed, Bethesda looks ahead.
Fallout 76 Recently received the biggest update to date: Wastelanders. The update essentially brought Fallout back to 76, added NPC's own storyline, brought factions, and made companions possible.
However, one type of "Companion Fallout 76" player that was missed in the old game is pets. In Reddit AMA, Bethesda (Bethesda) developers Jeff Gardiner and Ferret Baudoin answered this question, there are several other questions.
Project leader Jeff Gardiner (Jeff Gardiner) confirmed that the team is looking for pets because of the companionship. "Now that we have a companion system in the game, we also want to add pets," Gardner said.
Now that we know more companions are coming, another question to ask is whether Bethesda will make it possible for more than one NPC to defend the player's camp. Gardner is not sure.
"Although we are willing to do so, there are still many problems to be solved. Double the number of NPCs will pay a heavy price!" He explained.
With this in mind, Bethesda is trying to make players wear previously discovered costumes to change the appearance of their companions.
There is more information about the future of Fallout 76 in the AMA, including hints that "The Brotherhood of Steel" may be coming soon.
