It looks like Norman Reedus and Hideo Kojima plan to cooperate again.
In Wired Auto-Complete Interview, Norman Reedus discusses how he starred in the death hang, and whether he will collaborate with Hideo Kojima again in the future.
"Guillermo del Toro originally called me and said,` `A man named Hideo Kojima will call you and say yes. 'I think, who is he? He "It doesn't matter who he is, it just means yes. "
"Then I met Ying Lang at the anime show in San Diego. When we were doing another game (Silent Hill), he came back, he showed me what he was doing, and I was shocked. I It means that guy is a super genius. So I became friends with him, started working with him, and then we moved on.
"So, we did Death Strand. It was a huge success, and we are discussing other things."
You can hear Reedus discussing this issue around 4:22.
Reedus originally planned to work with Kojima in Silent Hill, but was cancelled by Konami, and Kojima left the company.
The actor had previously stated that he was initially disappointed with Konami's cancellation of the title, but when Kojima described him to "Dead Strand", he "completely forgot" the game.
A collaboration between Kojima and film director Guillermo del Toro announced the Silent Hill at the 2014 E3 conference. The game gave birth to the P.T. demo, which remained popular almost six years later.
