Troy Baker, voice actor who voices Joel in the Anglo-Saxon version of The Last of Us Part II, reasons that the fact of seeing some of the images of the game leaked in late April it does not impede your enjoyment. In the last week of last month, screenshots, videos and plot details from an access by hackers to Naughty Dog servers.
"To, it doesn't matter", answer Baker to a viewer of your Q&A in Instagram (goes Dexerto) this May 9. "Look, if you think the game can be ruined by a couple of screenshots … Really? A studio with more than 30 years of development, with so many awards to its credit that they can't even put them all in a trophy cabinet "
"This is the biggest and most ambitious game they have ever made"Baker continued, practically replicating the words of Neil Druckmann, director of the title. "Do you really think that experience can be destroyed by a couple of strut shots? That six years of development can be destroyed by that?"
Baker believes that, as a video game, the whole experience is playing it, not knowing its plot, or having seen any video with important details from the story: "It is a game, it is a game. You have to experience it. That is all I am going to say."
Naughty Dog asks to do "what we can" to avoid spoilers
Naughty dog regretted the leak and urged players to do "what we can to avoid gutting", while asking that those who knew the information not do spoilers. Since it was produced, social networks, forums and comments from websites specialized in video games have been filled with details of the plot. PlayStation released the latest trailer on YouTube with comments disabled
The Last of Us Part II reach stores on 19th of June.
