In the credits of the latest “Loki” episode on Disney + there is a telling detail that shows the end of the episode in a whole new light.
- Warning: This is followed by spoilers for “Loki” Episode 2.
- At the end of the latest “Loki” episode, do viewers really see the Loki variant sought by the TVA?
- A detail is hidden in the credits of the episode that suggests a completely different conclusion.
The 2nd episode of the Disney+-Serie “Loki“was a huge surprise for MCU fans and viewers: At the very end of episode 2, Tom Hiddleston’s god of practical jokes and deception faces his own variant, which he created on behalf of VAT
Here seems to be to confirm a popular “Loki” fantasy about Lady Loki or Loki in female form. But is that even true?
Like the magazine Comicbook.com reports that there is a possibly huge spoiler in the credits of the 2nd “Loki” episode, what concerns the true identity of the variant of Loki being seen. In order to discover the detail, you really have to look very carefully, namely to the Castilian (!) Voice actors.
In the entire credits, the supposed Lady Loki, played by Sophia Di Martino, is second behind Tom Hiddleston and in front of Owen Wilsons Mobius M. Mobius as you can see on the following sample screenshots.
With the Castilian voice actors, however, the name “Sylvie” suddenly appears in 2nd position, as you can see here:
This suggests that the female Loki variant is a completely different Marvel character that also appears in the comics, namely Sylvie Lushton.
Who is Sylvie Lushton in Marvel Comics?
In the Marvel template comics, Sylvie Lushton is a common man who lives in Broxton, Oklahoma, near the Asgardians’ new home, who moved them there.
One day Sylvie discovers that she has magical abilities and begins to dress herself like an Asgardian.

What kind of doctor is Doctor Strange?
In truth, however, Loki (!) Gave her her powers. The god of practical jokes later explains to Sylvie that he enjoyed creating a mortal who suspects she is Asgardian herself.
This comic book story is definitely not going to be 1: 1 MCU and took over the series “Loki”, but the important thing is here that Loki just created Sylvie.
So the female version seen in “Loki” episode 2 could in truth be a pawn of the actual Loki variant acting in the background (which might be played by Richard E. Grant?).
The variant that creates so much chaos in the True Timeline, Disney + viewers would not have seen them in episode 2 – maybe she’s waiting behind the portal that Loki Laufeyson entered at the end of episode 2. Such a deception would fit in pretty well with the previous style of “Loki” on Disney +.
