Game news Microsoft Flight Simulator: VR compatibility from December
After Microsoft Flight Simulator hosted a special world update in the US last week, it’s rolling out into virtual reality. Thanks to the Sim 2 update, the game will be fully compatible with SteamVR headsets on December 22nd.
The information was shared by Asobo Studio during the last Q&A session on Pull out. If you have a SteamVR compatible headset like the Oculus Rift or Oculus Quest (with the functionality), you can browse the game menus and fly in virtual reality anywhere in the world shortcut
In the same Q&A session, the developers announced that the next world update would be for the UK. Scheduled for January 26, 2021, it will bring around fifty new sights and visual improvements in particular. Also, keep in mind that Microsoft Flight Simulator is expected to hit Xbox consoles next year.
