Nintendo president guarantees there are still unannounced Switch games for this year



Nintendo Switch has been a great success in sales and that is something that cannot be discussed after the sale of 56 million units sold. But many gamers are wondering about future console releases. Especially when the world suffers a pandemic due to the SARS-CoV-2 virus and for this reason many projects are being delayed. After the bestseller of Animal Crossing: New Horizons and having Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition at the end of the month, What announced titles are still to come? There are a few smaller ones, but nothing significant has been announced by Nintendo.

In the last session of Nintendo's annual financial questions and answersAfter several questions on the matter, President Shuntaro Furukawa confirmed that there are several unannounced titles that will be launched this year 2020

. A priori it may seem like an obvious answer to silence journalists and more when the company has been keeping silent about its plans for the second half of the year. Furukawa in said session also commented that due to the situation by COVID-19 they are being difficult to finish developing your gamessince Nintendo employees are working from home, but as of now, they are making their financial forecasts as if those planned titles were published.

With this, there are many speculations about What could Nintendo have in store for the latter part of the year? We have the rumors about the relaunches of Mario games. We also know that they follow the developments of the Metroid Prime 4 and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2 games, but no idea if they will be ready for this year (which I doubt very much). So all we can do is wait and be patient.
