The latest update for the Action-RPG Nioh 2 introduces balance changes for all weapon types.
Nioh 2 Update 1.22 Introduces Weapon Balance Changes and More
Last month was the final paid DLC for Nioh 2 which was The First Samurai, but another update has been rolled out. The latest update 1.22 introduces balance changes for all weapon types in the game, focusing on skill adjustments.
The weapon type Swords for example have had damage adjusted when Tue and Through is fully charges, while the attack speed has slightly increased. For the Dual Swords, the damage now inflicted by Ultimate Sign of the Cross and Raijin have increased damage. Attack movement has also been adjusted for the Spear, with damage and Ki damage now dealing more for Spear Active Skill, Triple Thread. Spear will also perform slightly faster for the Spear Active Skill, Cull the Herd.
You can check out the patch notes below. Nioh 2 is currently available to play on PS4 and will be coming to both PC and PS5 on February 5th, in the form of Nioh 2 – The Complete Edition. This will include all available DLC and updates, all in 4K and 120 FPS.
