The Initiative It is the exclusive Microsoft studio created in 2018 that has been in charge of the project since then, although they have just received a significant drop from the team. Drew Murray, chief designer until today, has revealed through his Twitter account that quit your job at the developer.

The creative manager has made a thread on Twitter detailing the reasons for his departure and how he got to the studio. As is usual in these cases, Murray assures that his “life outside of work needs more attention and mental space of what I have been able to offer lately. “
Phil Spencer, head of Microsoft’s Xbox division, also had words of appreciation for Murray after his effort and work during this time.

Drew Murray’s track record in the industry is long. He worked for more than 10 years at Insomniac Games, being a designer of Ratchet & Clank: Armed to the Teeth. He was also a member of the team that brought us the trilogy of Resistance and was director of Sunset Overdrive.
