"Riverdale" is taking a short break. This is to be expected, as each season of the series was suspended for almost a month in the spring. In the case of the fourth season, the interruption may take longer because the shooting of the fourth season is now interrupted. Coronaviruses are defective and currently busy the world. Products like the Netflix series "Riverdale" require not only actors, but also all employees behind the scenes, and of course, the virus spreads particularly quickly among such people.

For safety reasons, production is suspended indefinitely. Since the shooting of episode 20 of episode 22 of season 4 is currently busy, the broadcast is expected to be delayed. Episode 20 was originally scheduled to be released on April 29, but it is not possible to continue shooting so early.
