Return to Saturn
The regular period for returning an item is 14 days. Saturn Card holders have up to 28 days; from level black there is an unlimited right to exchange. You can return purchases in a Saturn branch of your choice. It doesn’t have to be where you bought the product.
You can also return the items free of charge by having Saturn send you a return label. To return freight forwarded goods, such as a television, you have to contact customer service. He will arrange an appointment with you for the collection.
