It seems that Steam may soon provide users with some concise rewards.
Pavel Djundik, the omniscient developer seam The Steam database at the cataloging site has dug up some strange code strings to find new reactions / new ratings for Steam user reviews.
It seems that users will be able to rate reviews in more detail, not just the current "yes, no and interesting" response. These reactions include "thinking thoughts, heartfelt, hilarious, popular, poetry and helpfulness."
More interestingly, Valve also seems to be developing a loyalty reward system for Steam users. Djundik stated that the loyalty level will be based on points, but it is not clear how to accumulate these points. The two may be connected.
According to Djundik, these rewards include increased profile levels, badges and even game discounts.

Of course, the idea of redeeming Steam reward points is not new. Recently, the Steam sales department has launched many mini-games that will reward points that can be redeemed for discounts, stickers, emojis, etc. Interestingly, the same concept was extended to the Winder Steam platform.
