Walson: King of Chaos is the latest indie game to be released on Steam.
Seems nowhere to go, Wolcen: King of Chaos A few moments after leaving the Early Access experience, Steam charts quickly rose. Wolcen started as a Kickstarted project called Umbra and has been in Early Access since March 2016.
This isometric action role-playing game has been in development for four years, and many believe it will never be fully released. Wolfens jumped from an average of less than 5,000 concurrent players to Steam's top ten, with more than 62,000 at launch.
It was Thursday; numbers may rise today and on weekends.
In fact, game developers spent all night expanding server capacity to meet demand. Those who go online face many server-related issues that prevent many from participating. Wolcen can be played offline, but just like loot-driven ARPG often does this, it's best to play with friends.
Variety shows and ARPG ribbons jumped up, Twitch also achieved great success, and the audience reached a peak of nearly 108,000.
Version 1.0 includes a complete story activity with three actions, an endgame mode after the event, and two difficulty options.
The developer wrote in the blog post: "In recent weeks we have received support and interest that our games have never had."
"Seeing so many names and so many people interested in our games has increased our shoulder pressure, but it also makes us proud of our achievements."
