Don't expect it at the Summer Game Fest or other digital conferences that will replace E3 2020 this year (in fact, Bethesda will not have an event this year). Pete Hines, Vice President of Marketing and Communication of the company, states that "years" will pass until we know details of the game.

The company announced The Elder Scrolls VI at E3 2018 with an "Official Announcement Teaser" where it was indicated that the game was in "pre-production"
For the past few years, the brand hasn't unveiled its upcoming games until its release was relatively close. However, the E3 2018 conference was starred by Fallout 76 and Wolfenstein: Youngblood, two multiplayer games. During the previous year they boasted as the publisher who continued to pay attention to titles single player.
Starfield and TES 6 won't show up until they're ready
At E3 2019, Tom Howard, the main person in charge of Bethesda Game Studios, assured that "they will not show anything" nor of Starfield
