At some point about ten years ago, Ubisoft appeared to have restarted the Prince of Persia, and this is the first time we have seen it now.
Ubisoft has never officially announced Prince of Persia Problematic items or events suggest that the series is making a comeback. However, according to the resume of at least one former Ubisoft developer, the publisher did engage in the development of the Prince of Persia project between 2010 and 2011.
The LinkedIn page of Ubisoft Montreal's former painter Christophe Prelot lists the project, although it does not have its full title. A video showing the game screen was uploaded to YouTube in 2012.
Called Prince of Persia Redemption, the channel responsible for the channel has no other videos. Another suggestion that this is legal is Ubisoft technical designer Marc-Andre Belleau ’s YouTube comment in 2018, he has been with the company since 2009. Belleau's LinkedIn page did not list the name of the project he was working on, but it was clear that when he saw the video, he recognized the game.
The video you can watch in full below looks like Great Games for Xbox 360 / PS3. This may be target rendering, but even according to modern standards, character movement and world destruction are great. If you ignore the visual effects a little, then it can stand well as a modern game with some adjustments.
