After the glory achieved with the Arkham saga, Batman has moved away from video games for a long time, too much maybe for many players. For some time now, there has been a certain noise about a Gotham's new video game, something that is taking shape in the face of the generation of PS5 and Xbox Series X. Apparently, what Warner Bros. Montreal is preparing would not be a title that followed after the history of Arkham, but rather a reboot
Since Geeks WorldWide, information collected in GameRant, they claim that the intention of the study was originally to launch a new Batman: Arkham that followed in the footsteps of Damian Wayne. A title that would have been announced in 2016, but that was canceled to go for something bigger and groundbreaking. Thus, the idea of WB Montreal would be to make a whole reboot to focus on the saga of the Court of the Owls, involving the participation of all the «Batfamilia» to introduce a cooperative component in this new installment.
Its launch would be scheduled for autumn this year, which would mean that it could be one of the first cross-gen titles between PS4, Xbox One, PS5 and Xbox Series X
