Table game company Archon Studio has released a new Kickstarter campaign for Wolfenstein: Board Games.

So far, the fundraising activities that have been successfully completed have reached more than 10 times its initial fund-raising goal. It is expected to launch a table game centered on micro games, where players can act together to knock down the alternative reality of the Nazi German headquarters.

Wolfenstein: The board game features 16 map tiles that make up the room and hall you will enter throughout the cooperative mission; 182 cards representing events, enemy encounters and equipment; and 55 pre-assembled miniatures-including Wolfenstein ’s Mecha -Hitler tramp.

"At the end of the 1950s, the nearly 70-year-old Adolf Hitler was concerned about the deterioration of his health and the increasing influence of Wilhelm Strasse who wanted to replace him," the game ’s story summary Say. "Dissatisfied with his thoughts about his death, Furher decided to form two top secret research groups and hide them in the recently rebuilt and reinforced Castle Wolfenstein. One team will be led by General Oscar von Grim, the other The team will be led by Professor Solomon Beverly.

"As BJ Blazkowicz and his companions undertake a dangerous mission to change the face of the world, the stakes rise."

According to the event, Archon Studio has obtained Wolfenstein license from its existing IP holder MachinGame. This board game has many characters that can be found in recent franchise video game iterations, including Caroline Becker from "German Headquarters: New Order", Sigrun Engel and Grace Walker from "New Colossus", and Jessie and Zofia from Youngblood Blazkowicz.

The official Kickstarter will end on April 28, and the board game is expected to be released in August 2021. The basic game is priced at $ 120, while other Old Blood and All-Stars expansions are priced at $ 135. In addition, you can also buy a plastic terrain version for $ 229 to replace cardboard floor tiles.
