You are invited to use the comment feature to let us know about other issues that have not yet been considered. In general, you should always ensure that the latest version of the zoom software is always installed.
Camera or microphone is not working
During a meeting, you find that the camera or microphone is not working properly.
First, you should check whether the correct hardware is selected for use. Especially on the computer, the wrong component may be selected. If possible, correct this setting. If you ca n’t solve this kind of problem, you should check whether “zoom” has access to the camera and microphone in the system settings. If this is not the case, these licenses must be granted before they can be used successfully. For example, we explained how to manage access to iPhone and iPad or under Android in separate instructions.
Echoes and noise can be heard
In a meeting, when someone speaks, there will be an echo. Or, noise can be heard.
If a participant uses multiple devices to participate in the same meeting at the same time, an echo may be generated. If many participants activate their microphones when they are not speaking, further noise and quality loss in the audio track will also increase. Therefore, all participants are required to activate their microphones only during use and not participate in conversations with multiple devices. As a host, you can also mute individual users ’microphones.
Gearbox is jerky or deformed
During the meeting, you can only see the image of one or more other participants distorted. The audio track may also be distorted or cut off.
There may be two problems here. First, there may be a problem with your internet connection. You can rule out this situation by conducting a DSL speed test. If there is no problem with your Internet connection, the meeting may be overloaded. This can happen if there are many participants in your meeting and all participants have turned on the webcam at the same time. It may make sense to ask participants who do not absolutely need to turn off their camera photos.
Can't log in or access

In this case, you should check the zoom for structural failures, which will also affect you. Our fault detector indicates a larger range of faults when zooming. If this is the case, unfortunately, you can only wait until the provider resolves the issue. Otherwise, as a participant, you should ask the host to check whether he has sent you the correct meeting data.
