Crash Bandicoot account teases that a new announcement is imminent

The Crash Bandicoot series is currently celebrating its 25th anniversary and it wouldn’t be a special anniversary without a special announcement. The Crash Bandicoot Twitter account has teased that some form of an announcement for the long-running franchise is imminent. Sony is hosting a PlayStation Showcase presentation tomorrow at 1pm PT / 9pm UK time, so the announcement is likely to be tied into that. Various gaming influencers have also started to receive Crash Bandicoot merchandise

which generally comes about when a new game is due to be announced. Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy, Crash Team Racing: Nitro-Fulled and Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s about Time are all available on the Nintendo Switch eShop.
