Nintendo Concerns Change Stocks Grow As Shipping Ends Suspended In Japan

Turning Animal Crossing

Nintendo issued a notice to fans in Japan this morning about the current state of the Touchch console, hinting that the submissions would be temporarily suspended.

The the message, shared via the official Japanese account of Tintendo Japan, says both the Swip Lite and standard console (including the new Animal Crossing Limited Edition) will be sent only to those who reserve the unit this week. Console regular distribution to retailers is not slowing down, and an update to next week's shipping program is expected to follow.

Late last week, a Nintendo spokeswoman revealed that despite the various efforts made by the company, the stock's status is still "unchanged" and shipments are still delayed. Not only Japan has been affected, or the US and Europe are also attacking compliance.

Ever since I had the NES, I knew that Nintendo was going to be with me for life. From that NES to SWITCH, I've known all the Nintendo systems.
