However, it should be remembered that the Nintendo Switch Lite based on Coral colors that was launched on March 20 to accompany the launch of Animal Crossing: New Horizons had sold practically all the units that were released. This was shared by most major Japanese retailers.
Although the shortage did not initially affect the turquoise, yellow and gray Nintendo Switch Lite consoles, the release of Animal Crossing: New Horizons unfortunately finally affected all three colors and the turquoise, yellow and gray Nintendo Switch Lite consoles have been sold out in full on Amazon Japan, Rakuten Books, Bic Camera, Yodobashi Camera and 7net since March 30. Lastly, it was confirmed that Nintendo Switch Lite had been officially sold out on My Nintendo Store in Japan since March 31, 2020. This includes the colors turquoise, yellow, gray, and the Zacian and Zamazenta Special Edition, as well as the previously exhausted Coral color. Therefore, the entire family of Nintendo Switch consoles has been sold in the online store and in the main physical stores in Japan.
