As you all know, the rumor that a new model of Nintendo Switch called by many “Nintendo Switch Pro” would be launched at some point with various new features compared to the current model.
Well, this time, after knowing the Latest Nintendo Financial Results, has asked his President, Shuntaro Furukawa, if there will be a new Nintendo Switch model this year and he has replied that he does not plan to announce anything soon, since this year they have the Nintendo Switch Mario Edition (remember that it comes out on February 12) and the Nintendo Switch Monster Hunter Rise Edition (scheduled for March 26).

As you have been able to read, Takashi Mochizuki, reporter for the technology section at the prestigious Wall Street Journal, has shared an interesting detail and that is that Nintendo did not plan to launch a new model in 2020 to which he adds that it will not be soon, but that does not rule out that we can see a new model throughout this year, starting on the 26 of March. Therefore we will be attentive to see if this is finally the case, or if they comply with the previously mentioned issues.
