Move to the music
Crank up the volume and get a great sweat as you work out to the beat of 23 high-energy tracks, including instrumental versions of greatest hits.
Exercising in this game is a piece of cake. Start with the basics and little by little you will be able to make complete combinations following the movements of your instructor and the icons that appear on the screen.
Hit your punches at the perfect time to enter an inspiration phase that brings the stage to life and earns you bonus points. If you finish with a high score, you can unlock new accessories for your instructor.
Giving it all
In “Daily Session”, the exercises are tailored to your fitness goals, whether it’s working on a specific body part or just getting fit.
Set an alarm so you don’t miss a session (the console will alert you even when it’s in standby mode), and enjoy the rewards of daily exercise as your calendar fills with stamps.
Do you prefer to do things your own way? Go to “Free exercise”, where you can choose the intensity of the training, the stage, the music and the movements that you most want.
Companions of fatigue
“Daily Session” and “Free Exercise” are also available to enjoy in two-player co-op mode. Pass one or two Joy-Con controllers to someone else to exercise at the same time. Compare stats to motivate each other!
Keep up to date
Keep track of your progress with graphs and statistics like your BMI, the estimated number of calories burned, and the number of punches you have delivered.
Choose from nine instructors, including three new ones: Hiro, Janice, and Karen. They will guide you through the exercises and give you encouragement while you train together.
Going back to the roots
Can’t tell a hook from a crochet? Nothing happens! In “Getting Started”, you can learn the fundamentals of boxing techniques at your own pace while the instructor shows you how to perform them.
