Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Complete Edition it has officially received its much-awaited update to Version 3.6 on Nintendo Switch, despite all the confusion that has been circulating the last day or so.
The update seems to have been slowly being passed on to users all day (so don't worry if you can't update your game yet), and CD Projekt Red has now provided a full list of new features including new graphics settings and PC file integration. Here's the bottom line:
"Among the features introduced by Update 3.6 is to save file integration with Steam and GoG, to allow gamers to continue their PC adventure on the journey, as well as HUD, menu and Gwent touch control support.
Additionally, the update expands the range of text language options in the selected regions. Many click settings can be found in the options following the update, which customize the visual reliability. "
Update 3.6 – list of changes:
- Added support for touch control.
- Added file integration with GOG, Steam and Switch game versions from different regions.
- Additional text languages (selected regions) have been added.
- More clipping options added.
- Added more functionality.
- Fixed many visible and active bugs.
- Various gameplay and crash fixes.
While transferring PCs from PC, please remember:
- Mod related bugs and blockers may be transferred from the modded PC game save file.
- Once the saved filename is changed on the PC, the Compile Cloud feature will not be able to detect it.
Additional voice languages, added as free DLC for selected regions, will follow later.
