Here we bring you interesting statements related to Super Kirby Clash, from the director of this free title available on the eShop, Yumi Todo. Recently, he posted a message through the Nintendo Switch news channel talking about game development.
Specifically, everything focuses on the final theme of this delivery and the meaning that it has. We leave you with his words:
Hi! Here Yumi Todo from HAL Laboratory, director of Super Kirby Clash.
This time, I would like to talk a little about the final song. I bet many of you are surprised to hear me call it a song. But it's true! The theme that is played on the credits of this game has some singing. It's called Green Tree Memories from Kirby!
The song was written by HAL staff. The lyrics came from general director Shinya Kumazaki, while the melody was composed by Tadashi Ikegami, who in recent times has worked primarily in administration, but has been in charge of sound design for Kirby since the early stages of the series. In the image you can see the first draft of the score and the lyrics!
From this, we carefully review the melody and the lyrics, we ask for a translation and a musical arrangement and we finish the song layout.
I think it ended up being a song full of the tenderness and attitude you would expect from Kirby, just humming it will surely put you in a good mood. You can listen to the final song at any time in the game by going to the options screen and viewing the credits, so of course, listen to it as many times as you want. If you decide to sing it too, you would make me very happy!
What do you think about his statements?
