We already have a date for the arrival of Resident Evil Village. Its publisher and game developer Capcom, has announced that the eighth installment of the hit series Resident Evil will arrive on May 7 of this year.
The new title has been developed with the RE Engine graphics engine, owned by Capcom, which has been used to ensure the best video game experiences when running on the new generation of consoles. PS5 and Xbox Series X.

If you buy Resident Evil Village for PS5, your version of Resident Evil Re: Verse will be the one for PS4. If you instead purchase Village for Xbox Series X, the Re: Verse version will be the Xbox One version.
Resident Evil Re: Verse can only be played in Network Multiplayer. To play the version for PS4 and PS5 you must be subscribed to the service Playstation plus; therefore, for the Xbox One and Xbox Series X version, you will need to have an Xbox Live Gold subscription.
When does it go on sale and how do I get Resident Evil Village?
There are several editions that you can find for sale, from the Standard Edition and Collector’s Edition, to the Digital Deluxe Edition, or the Full Batch Edition. The latter includes the game as well as a traumatic pack (DLC) and a series of extras with immediate access to levels.
