Diana, princess of the Amazons is the latest in the DC Comics line of graphic novels, and it looks great.
An only child on an island of immortal adults, Diana feels completely out of place you get it her – so she takes a page from her mother's book and makes a friend out of sand and clay. But is his new pottery friend such a wonderful influence? And what is the connection between him and Doom Doorway, the gate to the monastery?
The new book, which hit the shelves on Jan. 7, was written by husband and wife team Shannon and Dean Hale, with art from Victoria Ying. Shannon Hale is the award-winning author of YA fantasy novels Princess Academy and A book of a thousand days, and has also written a few graphic novels with Dean Hale, such as The default Girl Girl
Overall, the good team is that they are working on an upcoming age story about Wonder Woman before it becomes Wonder Woman. You can see this 10-page special screening, courtesy of DC Comics.
