On one occasion, I got so sick that I almost vomited with my hand – a hand that I had slapped on while rushing to bed and went to the bathroom—throughout my pillow.
It was, to put it mildly, not overnight.
But the thing that made it so much better was that, when I came back from throwing my rooms in the toilet (I eventually brought it to the bathroom), I had plenty of clean beds. Even in my post-puking stupor, I can still handle a new case, take off my dirty clothes, and slip on a new pillow, then rest my tired, crazy head.
Now why am I telling you this terrible and shameful story now? Yes, for two reasons! The first is that many people feel scared of germs and such because of coalamuvirus and I, your resident cleaning specialist, think it's my job to share what I know about cleaning as it relates to staying healthy. The second reason is that it's March, and March usually spends a lot of time talking about bed things because March is when I did my annual bedside challenge, LAMOB.
"Wha-wha, Jolie?" LAMOB! That's all !! It's silly but fun and I've already written about it on a good website so I'm not going to sing the whole song and dance here but the goal is: Make your bed. Every day for a month! Either you don't, or you already make your bed every day, or you sleep on a pile of reeds and space, etc. This is a completely voluntary program.
(LAMOB stands for Let & # 39; s All Make Beds, in case you were wondering.)
Okay but back, lol, the case for extra pillowcases.
Before and after illness—cold, stomach flu, church flu, whatever—One of the best and first things you need to do is change and wash your sheets. Think of it! If you were limping and sneezing again, if you were me, I guess, barfing on your pills, it just makes sense that your germs are ending up in that thing! So unless you want a viral log to keep you sick forever, or if you really enjoy sleeping on a dry shelf (hey, there's a wish for it all!), Be diligent about changing your sheets after-or better yet, on time !! –illness.
There are some reasons to have an extra stash of pillowcases and here it is:
- If you do not have the time to change a complete set of sheets, putting on a new pillow can give you that "clean paper feeling" without a ton of work.
- It is easy to maintain the flats of the apartments and does not take up much storage space.
- Similarly, washing the last health bag or two will not add much more than your laundry / wash load.
- Pillowcases are so expensive!
- There are all kinds of pills you can get for all the different reasons! Get rid of the sheet set !! TALK TO YOUR HOUSES !!!
Would you like some suggestions? You are right, here we are, among friends, why not?!?
Silk pillowcases are great for keeping skin and hair healthy. And they were so cute!
How about animal publishing?!? We clean the animal print moment. Again, this look is mesmerizing indeed the message!
Or you can go for a way to get a monselmed nail pillow for that "good" situation.
Maybe all of this is too late for your liking. No problem! Here are a few basic pillows for the best price. Bonus! Microfiber burns feel good and they wash and dry well.
Yes, you can inject a little of your extra pillow collection. Maybe you, like me, have a little bit of Grinch?
Seasonal pillowcases are great fun and there is no shortage of options. Halloween, who?
St. Paul's Day Patrick right there in the corner!
Maybe a little patriotic on the 4th of July?!?
If seasonal looks aren't really your style, you can express yourself on your edges with a slogan that speaks to your personal interests. Laser cat, who?
Bacon bacon bacon bacon Bacon BACON!
Awww.
Duplicate (awww).
GAH NO LONGER !!
